I have celebrated myself into my 61st year! Of course, I cannot take all the credit as those surrounding me are directly responsible and equally cherished. The Main Man celebrated his big 6-0 this past December. In the coming year we have committed to laughing at each other, the adult children, celebrate their coming events and welcome their furry friends. I have also been instructed by one friend, (CC); to not post pictures of her on the internet. The rest of you have stated no similar requests. . . so here goes:
Traveling always has been an exciting part of the R & B plan. Whether it is into town for a dinner at "C & K's Cheers," A visit with the girls; east to MSP to Michael and Jackie, north to Bear Island, to rekindle old colleages and friends; or west to Madison, Milwaukee, or Green Bay, (across the state). . . then there is south to Chicago for board reviews, ASCO or Greg and Annelise. There is even hints of "Viking"-it. . Praying the good Lord holds our health "in the palm of his hand."
Otherwise, I have not made a list of New Years' Resolutions . . . Keep the movies current "on the BIG screen," I will "Test Kitchen" a few new concoctions, which also gets Ron fed tonight and hopefully, I won't kill him. He or I will keep the feeders full, be kind and take calcium as recommended by the CDC. (Or is it the Mayo Clinic Health Letter?)
Not enough can be said for friends. Not able to put a value on friendship. Thanks and praise to all of you who have made me feel happiness and ease!
