My Life Has Taken a Turn for the Better...I feel Grand!
Need a change then just stick around me!
In the last month I have managed to scare everyone around me back home..find out how amazing RJ is and kindle friendships which I thought I didn't need anymore. ("Thanxs!")
As I do not intend to spring the details on the undeserving let me just say...The housekeeper started yesterday and returned today. It (the house) flunked being able to be cleaned in less than two days. I got a BIG FAT "F". Flunked...Today; by quitting time, my house will look amazing!
I am feeling grand.
Meg got home TOO,so I had the entire KIRSCHLING kiddo clan to boss around. I took full advantage of my power too. For the first time ever all the beds were stripped, washed and remade by the offspring. I even got the driveway trimmed back by the clan.
Of course none of us will let Gretchen forget, "I don't do trees."
So Grrr, Josh and Meg are back in Germany, Greg is back in Chicago, (Annelise even returned to him from "amazing-life-changing" India). Michael started a new "happy" job two weeks ago Monday and Greg has potential with a rumored hiring at the Chicago VA. (Don't want to jinx this 'opp' so I will say nothing.)
I am feeling grand.
I mentioned the amazing man. He had three weeks home and even learned which appliance was the washer and which was the dryer. Quick study he got all A's. He did manage to stuff a ream of paper in the printer rendering it useless. He is back to normal and to work.
(I called ordered a new printer!)
We are eating out a lot! No sense burning the house down now that it is clean.
Yesterday was a big day for yours truly. I drove. Hadn't been venturing out much before then. Got all the way to Plover, WI...haircut, and even managed a meeting for dinner. BIG deal you say? "Yes."
I am feeling grand!
The Labor Day Weekend found us here. I released Ron from a drive to Duluth which I was thanked for. We jus' decompressed and visited. Of course this involved other people. I am not trying to make you believe we finish each others' sentences. He watched enough football to beg a movie from me. I was reported to be napping a lot. Yo Yo needed the R & R too.
I feel grand!
